A non-Bricker beat us all to making a Looper fan film, and it's kind of totally awesome. Jules, I think you'll particularly appreciate this ;)

I enjoyed this as well. Good take on the Looper lore. I wish it lasted longer honestly.

That was sweet. Times like these make me wonder why I don't own a video camera... or a studded leather jacket.

Sweet! I want that watch!

Not to criticize a great story, but it would be even cooler if the old Anna killed the young Anna because her future self did something terrible with the knowledge she accumulated. Just a thought.

I was thinking something along these lines.

Jus' kiddin. It was the first thing to popped in my head when I read your post.
But if you really want, I can pitch in couple of ideas.
My brother always makes me revise his scripts, so I developed a brainstorming reflex.

Welp. That was well done. Nailed the style, but with an original twist - I was totally surprised by the idea of asking ones target about the future, hadn't thought about that. How cool.

Makes me want to make one...

Plot idea: because the machines are set to specific, unchangeable delivery timelines, theoretically...

1. Parent's child is taken to be sent back to alLooper. Put in the machine.
2. Parent, knowing this, gets to a different machine, enters it voluntarily.
3. Parent arrives at earlier point in timeline than their child.
4. Finds location of child's arrival, kills the looper before the kid arrives.
5. Kid arrives. Family re-united in the past (but now pursued by looper organisation).

(Obviously, the child would be an adult child, probably in their 20s.)

This is beginning to sound like Primer.
