I agree that it is an annoying "I'm smart because I think this point is stupid".
A lot of it only seems correct when you consider it for 2 seconds.
Like 'How did Bruce Willis kill so many people without a scratch'?
It would kind of ruin the story if he was bleeding profusely for half of the film.
He did have a machine gun. It isn't like Commando.

So, should we do "What's wrong with 'Everything that's wrong with'..."?

There's also "How Looper should have ended" out there.

Here it is for anyone who hasn't seen it yet.

I don't think this one in particular has that smartass quality of the previous one posted here, which gave me heartburn. I think it is just harmless silly kinda stuff. But if you feel edgy tonight, here is a video of a kitty vs. potato instead. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miRzK6QCKUs

I honestly considered it, but then realized it would take an afternoon and it wasn't worth the time.

I saw that "how it should have ended" one - it's fun and good natured, I enjoyed it. (But it's totally wrong and makes no sense within the movie's set rules)

Just a general comment: I think there will always be a way to be picky with sci-fi movies, even the best ones. There will always be that someone nagging about their food not being how they wanted in a restaurant. There will always be someone saying Helena Christensen has wonky eyes. Truth is, these people are in fact truly unsatisfied about their own lives. Putting others down to make themselves feel better about themselves - as old as dinosaurs. Sad.

Scr*w 'em. Looper is great. So is Helena.

It is however kind of awesome that they spent an entire day trying to find things that are wrong with Looper and apparently had to make up nonsense instead. A strange compliment.

Goodnatured and amusing, but totally wrong. Pretty good Joe impression, fucking AWFUL Tennant impression. I call it a wash.
