i have three cassette tapes left. two hiphop and one ska. the ska being the
O.C. Supertones. i was familiar with them during their 1995 - 2005 iteration.
my tape is "Loud and Clear" from 2000. the 'Tones hit it HARD, main.
Who Could It Be - 3:00 HQ
if you aren't down with ska just keep that affliction to yourself.

I think finding out Pitchfork went back and changed a Save Ferris review from like a 9.5 to something lower when ska went out of fashion is some of the most upsetting (but totally inconsequential) shit I've seen on the internet.

Loved me some ska.

Radiohead! I had a whole kerfuffle buying it. Don't make my mistake: the CD option very clearly says that it does not include a download of the album. And yet.

Anyway - first listen is much more immediately enjoyable than King of Limbs, which I struggled with for a month or so and then haven't really returned to since.
