That's behind the auto/wood shop building. I had vaguely wondered where the rest of it was shot, since it clearly wasn't Carrow's (plus Rian had mentioned that they got kicked out after a day or so's shooting).

That's it - we got the first shot off behind Carrows (the thing with the straw) then got kicked out and had to do an impromtu move to the school. It's gratifying to know that a satellite imaging program had to be used to pinpoint our lack of continuity. 8)

Yes, I thought it was shot and edited pretty well. The only reason I knew was that I had actually been there and saw it in person. The table I ate at in Carrow's was right next to a big window on the side of the building where Dode would have been sitting. Only then, did I know.

Flickr has just launched a geotagging feature that is integrated with Yahoo Maps. If you have a Flickr account, you can go into the Organize section when you are logged in and there is a new tab "Map" where you can drag and drop your photos onto the map. It's kinda like Frappr.

To look at the map of what people have tagged you just go to http://flickr.com/map

I've put my photos from San Clemente up. Just search for "San Clemente, CA." If you aren't familar with the city the tunnel, Carrow's, and the high school are all close together near the intersection of Interstate 5 and Avenida Pico. I also put a few up from around town like the shopping center, Sarmentoso/Del Rio, and where Dode gives Emily the note. Oh, once you've got San Clemente in view on the map, search again for the "Brick" tag and my pics will stand out and you'll have to zoom in all the way and switch to satellite view to see it in detail.

Huh. I'll have to add mine to the mix when I have more time.

My favourite caption from Google Earth, the mythical cross between Del Río and Sarmentoso:

I used to use Google Earth but not anymore. I thing the craze for newly launched app has diminished with some time. I came back to Google Map now.
