Yeah, so Nathan Johnson, once again, delivered an absolutely brilliant score for this film. I was constantly captivated throughout the entire picture and I thought every aspect of the film operated together like clockwork.

Anyway, I suppose my question would be, is this getting a release? I really, really hope so. What with all the other scores this year coming out, I need this one. It's definitely one of my favorites of the year so far.

I saw the film at the AFI festival, I believe it was the second showing, and Rian, you're adorable when you answer questions :D.

Thanks very much!

The details are:

The score is released.... TODAY!!!!

Image
(see, I just jump in there like that and, BAM!)

Get it on itunes with a killer 18 page digital booklet featuring behind the scenes pics of the scoring process.
There are 18 score pieces including the Bloom Overture (Brothers In A One Hat Town), Penelope's Theme, Cackle Bladder, The Castle Heist, and The Fabulist, which is the original song I wrote and performed for the end credits.

I've been posting tunes (finished and sketches) on my tumblr too.

The download from Amazon doesn't seem to include the 18 page digital booklet mentioned above from itunes. (At least, there isn't any mention of one).

I am also wondering this, as I rather enjoy holding things. Will this be possible?

Aside from being a wise-ass, I too would like a physical copy... factory made.

I've been asked this a few times too. Nathan? Physical CDs anytime soon? Or.... vinyl?

Yup, just digital and 8-Track for the time being.

I think iTunes is the place to go because of the deluxe booklet we were able to release through them.

*sighs as visions of double LPs on 180-gram orange-colored vinyl dance in her head*

I have never signed up for an itunes account and I thought I never would. Curses.
