I saw Brothers Bloom several hours ago, and loved it. Im a film enthusiast and your film really nailed everything i enjoy in a movie. bravo. After seeing rachel weisz's card trick, I'm enchanted - I used to be a professional magician in a restaurant, and never have I enjoyed magic as simple and entertaining as that. Is it possible to share the originator of the trick, such as the book or dvd it was learned from? Thanks for the consideration R Johnson, and keep up the fantastic work.

Thanks - the trick is something that myself and our magic consultant James Freedman worked out. It was really fun, we spent a night at the hotel bar in Belgrade coming up with the handling and how it would sync up with her monologue.

Maybe this isn't the place. But Rachel should get some award attention / consideration for their performances in this film. I get that it has a comedy vibe (which is award season poison) but what you put her through was on par with animation and she rocked every moment of it. Some of the Supporting Actresses whose names I'm hearing for this year's nominations definitley prepared less... i mean Monique pretty much went without wearing make up for 5 weeks and everyone is saying she's a lock.

Summit were going to try last year.

Will they actually support the film this year? I hope so. There certainly hasn't been a better screenplay this year yet.
