This must be what it feels like to find out your ex is getting married by reading their blog...

I don't know, that seems a bit soon all things considered. Didn't the articles about Summit buying the flick say they were still editing? Hmm, it would be sweet though, April doesn't seem so far away.

Nope - an April release is one possibility that's being considered, but we absolutely haven't set it yet, and it still may well be later in the year. So there ya go. (Box Office Mojo scooping the boards? I wouldn't do you guys like that.) 8)

EDIT: Ok, got a little more info. Summit gave them this date so it's on the calendar, but it could still change, so don't start a line in front of your local theater (yet.) Mystery solved.

Very curious myself where they're getting their info...

Probably some disgruntled velociraptors spreading rumors, since they didn't get a part in the film... :?

ENOUGH with the velociraptors! You're making a lonely T-rex feel all left-out, cause NOBODY ever mentioned him.

Now I suddenly feel excited. I hadn't really felt that surge of anticipation for this movie until now. It is especially nice now that I'm in Portland, since it seems more likely to open here with reasonable haste than it did in Indiana.

Woohoo!

I've seen it five times, be sure to stick around until after the credits.

I'll have to answer this later, seeing as I am watching my Criterion Edition of Brick currently.

Rian-I don't suppose The B.B. has been entered in the Seattle Film Festival yet-? Hope, hope.

I think one of the consequences of the film already being bought is that it won't be doing the usual festival circuit. Not sure though.

The evil little wink face... it's meaning becomes so clear upon second glance. I'm looking forward to that criterion edition of Brick. Better be seeing that fairly soon.
